The “International Forum on Rescue in Difficult Environments” will be held in Genoa, Italy, from March 19–21, 2025. This event focuses on promoting innovative strategies and solutions for rescue operations, especially in response to the increasing challenges brought by climate change. cosinuss° will participate, presenting our compact and mobile patient monitoring solution, specifically designed for use in demanding environments.

New advances in mountain, sea, and space rescue

The congress offers a platform to share the latest discoveries and innovations in emergency medicine for marine, mountain, and space environments, with a focus on addressing the impact of climate change. Leading experts, researchers, and practitioners from around the world will exchange insights on healthcare aspects of rescue missions, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, where new ideas and cutting-edge technologies will be discussed to enhance collective response capabilities in difficult environments.
As climate change intensifies, adapting rescue strategies is essential. The congress will highlight key challenges and present pioneering techniques to ensure safety and resilience in future rescue operations.

Compact & ultralight mobile patient monitoring

At the accompanying exhibition, cosinuss° and GPI will share a booth to present their advanced patient monitoring technologies, designed for use in the most challenging conditions — whether in the mountains, at sea, or in remote locations.

cosinuss° will showcase the ultralight and mobile monitoring system, featuring the c-med° alpha in-ear sensor (4.5 cm, 6.5 g) and the °Health app. This compact system continuously measures pulse rate, body temperature, oxygen saturation, PPG curve, perfusion, and quality index, delivering real-time data. GPI, a multinational group that creates cutting-edge software solutions, services, and technologies to facilitate the digital transformation of healthcare, will present the T1 ECG patch, a lightweight, flexible device capable of one-channel, one-derivation or two-channel, six-derivation heart monitoring. These solutions can be used independently or combined into a powerful, portable monitoring system. Fully interoperable, they enable wireless data display across devices and support continuous offline data transmission — ensuring reliable performance, even without internet access.

Join us at the booth to discover how these technologies can revolutionize patient care in demanding environments!
