“Be the change, improving health together” – This is the motto of the next edition of the “Zorg & ICT” trade fair, which will be held in Jaarbeurs (NL) from June 14 to 16, 2022. For three days, a platform will be offered to all those companies and players who want to contribute to sustainable and future-proof healthcare with their ICT solutions (information and communication technologies). We are therefore very pleased that we will also be there!
Transformation and digitization of the healthcare system
The transformation and digitization of healthcare is a major and complex challenge. Cost-efficient, high-quality and accessible patient care requires intelligent and innovative ICT solutions as well as good cooperation between all players. To master the challenges of the coming years, the initiators of Zorg & ICT therefore call for thinking outside the box and interdisciplinary collaboration. Both healthcare professionals and technology providers must pull together to achieve this. Thus, five different segments come together at the trade show: Connected and Digital Health, Data-Driven Healthcare, Social Innovation, Security & Privacy and Business Operations & IT.
Presentation cosinuss°: Better patient care with in-ear sensors
Together with Lumiad we will give a presentation on Tuesday, June 14. Lumiad has specialized in wireless networking solutions for over 20 years.
Thanks to digitalization, medical professionals are able to provide better and more efficient patient care. Medical wearable devices, such as our in-ear sensors, are a fundamental part of this. They offer the unique opportunity to support healthcare without time and location limitations. Medical wearable devices for remote monitoring allow patients to stay at home and save a trip to the clinic. This improves efficiency and patient safety, among other benefits.
In the presentation, Katharina Adams (Business Development) will share two of our practical use cases from Germany and Austria: Remote patient monitoring of COVID-19 patients in hospital and at home and emergency rescue in the mountains.

As part of the “Dutch Health Week“, Zorg & ICT is a professional event for the digitally driven healthcare sector. International healthcare professionals will find a platform to inform themselves, exchange knowledge and experiences, discover innovations as well as network with other players from different sectors.
Zorg & ICT 2022 will take place as a mix of live exhibition in Jaarbeurs and online networking platform.
